SHOOTING

  • Increase shot range, quickness, and form
  • Develop jump shot and in-between game
  • Free throw and three-point accuracy

1 ON 1 SKILLS

  • Ball-handling
  • Slashing and finishing
  • Reading the defense / reading screens
  • Position-specific skills (post, guard, point guard play)
  • Passing and cutting

COURT MOVEMENT

  • Agility, quickness, and lateral speed
  • Defensive and offensive footwork and positioning
  • Conditioning 

LIVE PLAY

  • Players will compete in 1 on 1, 3 on 3, and 5 on 5 games.

level, players will work on a variety of 


skills from mastering fundamentals to 


learning advanced skills.
