SUMMER JAM CAMP

ALL-AROUND SKILL DEVELOPMENT 

The camp focuses on the development of all-around skills with unique teaching stations for offense, defense, and rebounding. 

Players, grouped by age and talent, will work on shooting fundamentals, position-work specific to guards, forwards, and posts.  

Players will compete in 1 on 1, 3 on 3, and 5 on 5 games. Each camper receives a BSB t-shirt.  Players can sign up for the entire camp or for specific days.

Using 2 gyms, players will be broken up by age, size, and talent.

COACH CHRISTINA BATASTINI

Christina Batastini is the head instructor with over twenty year’s experience. She played and coached professionally in Europe, played for #1 ranked and NCAA Final Four team Stanford University, coached at Brown University, and was named a high school Parade and Nike All-American. She has a Masters in Education from Harvard University and is a USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach

COACH DAVID NYBLOM

She is joined by Hope High School boy's varsity coach, David Nyblom, who has over 35 years' experience coaching.  He is a USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach.  Most recently, he was a lead coach at WBSC International Basketball Camp in Italy and the National Phenom America Camp in San Diego, CA.  He was the camp director at the international Horsholm 79ers Professional Basketball Club Camp in Denmark, and has overseen camps at University of Rhode Island, Boston College, Providence College, Brown University, Southern New England College, Slamma Jamma, Hoop Mountain, and The Hoop Group.
